Karen is a wonderful trainer. She's great at preparing you for real life scenarios in which you would need to use your CPR/First Aid training. Karen has all up-to-date equipment that allows the training to run smoothly. Her training method builds confidence and relieves any nervousness you may have about CPR/First Aid training. I highly recommend Karen for your training.

I never knew that class could be so awesome. Great instructor and the class if full of new critical information I never knew before in my life. I had a great practice with Karen, the instructor. She facilitated the way to fully understand the whole course. Because of this class, I see myself as an asset for my society, ready to serve and help those in need. I received Training on First Aide/Cpr and Aed and my Instructor is Karen Holmes. Karen is a wonderful Teacher.She was very helpful and she helped me throughout all the training and made sure I learned everything I needed to know to get Certified.

Great learning experience. Learned a lot from Karen Holmes with the videos and a lot of her outside experience and believe I will be very successful doing first aid if I ever encounter a situation where I will need to do so on my own.
