Registration Information & Instructions

To register on-line:

  • View the Course Schedule of available courses.
  • Click on the course name on the date that corresponds to your date of availability.
  • Review the details about the course and the instructor.
  • Click on the "Register" button. You will be redirected to our payment processing page to complete the registration.
  • A confirmation will be e-mailed to you at the email address used during the registration process.
  • If you have the Registration Code of the training session you want to register for, you may also register online by entering the Registration Code.
  • Your registration and personal information will remain confidential with us. Review our Privacy Policy for additional information.

To register by phone:

  • View our Course Schedule of available courses.
  • Click on the course name on the date that corresponds to your date of availability.
  • Review and/or print the details about the course. Make note of the Registration Code.
  • Call us at 301-395-4214 during 9:00 a.m. (ET) to 5:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Your information will be placed on hold until your payment has been received and processed.
  • Payment must be received to secure your spot in the class.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations and refunds are applied to each participant.
  • All cancellations must include the Registration Code.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing or by email (SafetyFirstDMV@gmail.com) at least 72 business hours before the start of the training session.
  • Cancellations received at least 72 business hours before the start of the training session will receive a full refund less a $20.00 registration fee.
  • Cancellations received within 72 business hours of the start of the training session will be refunded 50% of the course price less a $20.00 registration fee.
  • The full course price will be charged to participants that did not attend and participants that cancelled on the day of training.
